100 % Pure Raw Honey

My name is Jessica Sheeler, and I have been practicing beekeeping for the past four years. Our bee farm is located just north of the city limits in La Porte. 

Our bees have access to a 2-acre area of wildflowers, which they use to produce our honey. However, given that bees can travel up to 5 miles, they may also collect nectar from other nearby sources. Currently, we have 11 hives, and we intend to add a few more in the future. 

It is essential to note that all honey will eventually crystalize, but it can be reliquefied quickly by removing the necessary amount and placing it in a glass of warm water (not boiling). It is crucial to prevent the water from overflowing into the honey as boiling water can cause the honey to become too hot and damage its unique flavor. Our honey is free of additives and goes straight from the hive to the jar. 

We take pride in producing the finest honey, and we give our bees the utmost care to ensure that they produce the highest quality product. Our honey is a testament to our commitment to quality and purity.
